What does my refund status mean?

To see your refund status, view "history" on the Fastback app. 

Initiated: Incomplete refund request. Click on the refund to finish the process and get your instant refund!

Awaiting shipment: When you initiated a refund on the app but have not yet shipped the return. As soon as you ship the item, the money is instantly deposited into your account!

Refunded: You have received the Fastback instant refund.

Completed: You received the Fastback refund AND the retailer's refund. Fastback has debited the retailer's refund from your account. For more info on how Fastback gets repaid, check out the 'how it works' on the app! 

Expired: Refund has been initiated but no instant refund was received. Refund expires 25 days after initiation. 

Canceled: When the retailer's refund hits your account before Fastback's refund, or if identity verification fails.
