There are two reasons why your order may not be found in your linked account:
1. The account linked is not the account used to purchase the order. Try adding another account!
2. Some banks do not show pending transactions. If your order was recently placed and the charge is still pending, the order will not be found in the linked account. Try again when your charge is posted to initiate your instant refund!
