As soon as you sign up, you will see your Fastback 'Refund Power'. Think of your refund power as your instant refund limit with Fastback. Use it flexibly for any refund! 

Each time you receive an instant refund, the power decreases by the refund amount you received. 

But here's the good part: 

Once Fastback settles the amount (see article on settlement), your refund power is replenished!
