How do I make a payment?

Fastback will automatically collect your settlement total when it's due, so you can 'Shop, Refund, Relax'!

Can I make an early payment?

Yes, if you want to make your payment early:

Open the app --> Make your way to the 'Refunds' tab on the bottom of the home screen --> Tap on 'Awaiting Settlements' tab --> Find your refund and tap the blue 'pay now' button
