What does 'failed settlement' mean?

If your connected account has enough funds, we'll collect the day settlement is due. If you don't have enough funds for settlement, the settlement will fail. Fastback will try to settle up to 3 times.

Or open the app --> Make your way to the 'Refunds' tab on the bottom of the home screen --> Tap on 'Awaiting Settlements' tab --> Find your refund and tap the red 'pay now' button.
